Individualized Coaching
Through personalized sessions, Lisa Whaley assists clients
in enhancing their quality of life by helping them get from
where they are to where they want to be. Weekly coaching sessions
are 60 minutes and can be provided in person, by phone, by
e-mail, or through a combination of the three. A minimum six-week
commitment is suggested.
Life Work Synergy's coaching practice helps people get what
they want in life by breaking down the barriers that people
impose on themselves. The best analogy is that of a personal
trainer. A life coach does exactly the same but in the areas
of your life! This could include but is not limited to:
